Assess every dog and offer help relevant to each dog and owner.
Source information for you or refer you to specific help if we are unable to deal with your issue.
Charge fair and reasonable prices for our services.
Help you develop a relationship with your dog that suits both your needs.
Help you understand your dog and explain how your dog learns.
Not leave you to struggle with a boisterous / nervous dog.
Not ask or encourage you to leave if your dog is initially a problem. We are here to help.
